Australian Poetry Competitions 2024. Don’t forget to read submission guidelines. On 13 october, jo giles from wa was crowned the 2024 australian poetry slam national champion at the aps national final held at the sydney opera house.

This year’s prize will be judged by island’s poetry. The 2024 winner of the bruce dawe national poetry prize will receive $3000, and the two highly commended entrants will be awarded $500 each.
